I always head here when I'm done with a hike in Katoomba. Located a few minutes walk from Echo Point (Three Sisters) it's extremely convenient. You can sit and rest while enjoying a nice cake and watch the chocolates being made (not all the time but you can catch it sometimes). If you decide to purchase any chocolates from the... More

Loved that the kids could play outside while we sat close by. Hot chocolates and other food and drink were delicious. A good range of products inside however they were quite expensive.

If you love chocolates then don't miss this place. They let you see how hand made chocolates are made and that is why we went here. There is only one chef, and you need to keep your fingers crossed to ensure that he starts his batch when you enter, else you may have to wait for a while for your... More

Well, this seems like an odd place to find a Chocolate Factory, but its nice place to relax and eat some premo chocolate. Anyone who enjoys high quality sweets will appreciate this place. You can check out their website: http://www.bluemountainschocolate.com.au/

Stumbled upon the chocolate factory on our way to see Echo point and wow the hot chocolate is to die for you can have either dark or milk I opted to have both as it made up two cups. The chocolates looked very yummy but very over priced and I think most off the chocolates have actually been brought in... More

Good coffee and a wide range of chocolates .As locals we have always visited when its not busy so I cant quite relate to the comments in other reviews about rude staff ,we have always found the staff very friendly and pleasant ,the range of chocolates in all shapes and sizes is interesting In my opinion the only thing that... We like the chocolates and the pastries sold here. For those who don't drink hot chocolate, they serve hot coffee too. But do note that not everything is sold at 10% discount even if you hold a valid Explorer ticket.

The chocolates we tried were lovely however the service is short sharp and forgetful. Shame as this could be a lovely place to stop for coffee and chocolate.

Totally poor service by the Philippines staff. While we were there, there were only two guests occupying a table. The staff did not even bother to greet us and attend to us even though we were looking at the menu for a good 10 minutes. Yet the lady staff was so busy entertaining the two guests. I ordered the hot... More
