- No chocolate tasting session, so I just purchase the cheesecake. - No chocolate tour - No good service from the Philippines staff - No smiles, no greeting - No one attended to us End up, I just ordered the cheesecake instead of the Koala Choco and Handmade Choco displayed. Dear BMCC Boss, I suggest to fire this staff

A great range of tasty treats. We were short for time and would have spent more time and tried a few so we purchased a 100g selection which we had later for afternoon tea in our room.

This place is very close to the Echo Point Lookout and is definitely worth a stop in. They make the best hot chocolate drinks ever, made with real chocolate melted in a fondue type mug. We were so impressed be purchased 3 of the sets to take home with us. A warm and inviting coffee shop, the only problem was... More

This is a really great little find - it's like chocolate shop and a demonstration place (FREE!) which is great - we went with a group of six and had the BEST hot chocolates ever - we also got to see them making chocolates - the chocolatier even came out and chatted and showed us what he was doing -... Went here with 8 people on June long weekend. There was only three staff on and the one who appeared to either be the owner or in charge was yelling at the staff. Chocolate was nice, but expensive and customer service really left a sour taste in our mouths!

We were lucky enough to visit the Blue Mountains Chocolate factory today and had a great time. First of all the hot chocolate that you could make yourself was delicious. Then we had the chance to make our own chocolate and learn about the chocolate making process which was great. Adam explained everything about his hand made chocolate making process... More
