A very pleasant and novel experience learning the art of fine chocolate making. The chocolatier (Adam) couldn't have been more helpful and attentive and we came away with a bag each of our own hand crafted chocolate.

"I am 8 years ld and this place is awesome. Cause you make you're own hot chocolate" we went here after a walk on a cold day. The hot chocolate isn't not cheap but the kids love it and want to come back tomorrow. Clean toilets! !!

I have an asthma attack and my husband went to ask for help to call taxi. My mum and baby were with us. The staff is unwilling to help and inform my husband that she don't know the number!!! I could have died! Luckily, I was saved by a group Malaysia students, they helped to call taxi, waited with us... More

I should have known by the outside that this once favourite of mine had to gone to the pack. Lovely Sunday afternoon but the fence was in disrepair, the grass needed a good mow and the once lovely garden was mostly dead plus the.building needs some painting Then came the ice-cream. Yum. The peppermint was so strong and artificial. When... More

Given the other reviews on TA I thought I would just pop in for a look and not buy anything. I left with two carry bags full and gifts for the whole family! The chocolate maker was making giant chocolate koalas which was interesting to watch. The "free tasting" is a help-yourself tub on top of the counter with milk,... More

I always head here when I'm done with a hike in Katoomba. Located a few minutes walk from Echo Point (Three Sisters) it's extremely convenient. You can sit and rest while enjoying a nice cake and watch the chocolates being made (not all the time but you can catch it sometimes). If you decide to purchase any chocolates from the... More

Loved that the kids could play outside while we sat close by. Hot chocolates and other food and drink were delicious. A good range of products inside however they were quite expensive.

If you love chocolates then don't miss this place. They let you see how hand made chocolates are made and that is why we went here. There is only one chef, and you need to keep your fingers crossed to ensure that he starts his batch when you enter, else you may have to wait for a while for your... More

Well, this seems like an odd place to find a Chocolate Factory, but its nice place to relax and eat some premo chocolate. Anyone who enjoys high quality sweets will appreciate this place. You can check out their website: http://www.bluemountainschocolate.com.au/
