Nice falls to visit

We had a couple of hours to spare and were pleasantly surprised, it's a small hike (not too strenuous) and nice views, well worth a visit, spotted a couple of birds too.

While researching for our Blue Mountains sightseeing, I stumbled upon a site (wildwalks.com) that has several detailed PDF files of trails with various degrees of time, difficulty and location. I shorlisted 3 in Katoomba and National Pass in Wentworth Falls which is my #1 choice of the four. As the date of our trip nears I checked on the weather... More

The Falls are amazing and the walk up and down is great. Get to the bottom, splash around in the pool and enjoy the beautiful location. It is not an "easy" walk, so be prepared.

It's awesome view but be careful for the stairs to hard and dangerous. You can go with kids but need to much attention

We came well-prepared with water, sunhat & sturdy shoes (also a map - get from Conservation Hut)for our trek around the walking track to the best viewing points ... Stopped off en route for a paddle at Jamieson rockpools & cascades... However, the Falls themselves were the highlight of our adventure & the walk a most pleasant journey to our... More

My wife and I did the National Pass walk from Wentworth Falls car park. We loved it! The signs said the circuit would take 3-4 hours, but it took us 2 and a half with regular stops to look in awe at the waterfalls and magnificent views. The walk takes you past Wentworth Falls and alongside the cliff line to... More

It's nice but I have seen better ones. It is nice when you walk and see it but nothing special and there is a fence so you can't really go near it.

Got to love this place and the falls surrounding. It's a long way back up (the way down ain't so bad) but totally worth the sore calves :)

So glad we decided at the last minute to visit Wentworth Falls (probably helped too that the mist we had experienced for 2 days straight lifted so we could enjoy the views). A great track walking on the edge of cliff faces, pass several lookout points before you cross over the falls. Add on the Weeping Rock as an extra... More

It s well worth exploring the little walks around the falls and looking at the view. It s quite a walk down into the valley and up again but well worth the effort if you are reasonably fit. Wear decent shoes especially if it has been raining. I love to visit the falls which are even more spectacular when there... More
