We purchased $25 day passes for the Trolley Tour and found them really good value for money. We encountered three different Trolley drivers during the day and all three were very informative and friendly towards us. Could not fault the day really.

We bought trolley tickets on board the bus at our hotel today. Lovely driver and nice experience to Scenic World. Except he had no idea when our tickets expired (the hotel said 2 days). The same driver picked us up at Scenic World and took us to the Trolley Office so we could ask about our tickets. We arrived right... More

We purchased all day combined tickets for the scenic world and the trolley bus which costs $120 for 2 adults with unlimited rides at scenic world and the hop on hop off option for the trolley bus. Dear Retiredlivingthdream, Thank you so much for your feedback. December/January has been a very busy time for tourism in the Blue Mountains, school holidays and the festive season all add to tourist numbers, particularly at major tourist attractions. We booked the one day, bus and cave tour and were very impressed with the professional and helpful service. The bookings were taken over the phone and the bus picked us up on the way as we were staying at a hotel along the route. The cost for the return trip and cave tours started at $90 but there was... Everything was okay for the first stop at Gordon Falls. After hopped on the bus to Toy Museum (which is actually 100 meters away), we visited the museum for an hour, then waited for the bus for another 30 min and could not see the bus (they advertised as 20 minutes service). We and another couple decided to walk to... More

We booked this ahead of our trip to Australia without much prior knowledge of what's the best option. In fact there are several. Unfortunatley you can only judge something by your personal experience and I believe we just had a bad day with them. However when we addressed the issues with them they did the right thing in the end,... More

I admit that I just made a mistake as I evaluated Blue mountains bus tour when I wanted to speak about the Trolley experience around Katoomba and Leura to the most important sites to see. Unexpensive. On time. Stopping at all majour interest points. Polite drivers. The way to visit the area.

the bus driver was lovely and full of energy, and when we came across a sticky situation with getting past another bus on the road up to Jenolan Caves he got us past with ease, very informative about the history and landmarks all round make the long trip feel short and fun :)

We used the trolley tour to familiarize ourselves with the area. The driver was friendly and informative. After going completely around, we used the remainder of the day to hop off at places we wanted to visit and hopped on the continue around. The last place we visited was our hotel. Sure beat a taxi.
