I organised a corporate event that ran over a few days in the Blue Mountains and used BMAC to help me with the outdoor activities. I've worked in this space for around 30 years and found BMAC to be in the top few organisations I have worked with. The staff were confident, competent, friendly and all round great to work... More

Despite being the middle of winter and a little windy, we loved every bit of the trip! Marty was excellent and really catered the day to our skill level - and we were lucky just having the two of us! Extra jumpers, a thermos of tea and plenty of opportunities to take photos made for a great experience. Thanks Marty... More

Thanks for sharing your photos. You do look like you are well rugged up! We do operate all year round and one of the perks of coming in winter is that you can often be the only people in the group. We're glad you enjoyed the trip and will be sure to pass on your feedback to Marty. Thanks again... More

We booked a trip with this operator based upon reviews, and the diversity of options that were offered. We wanted to do some canyoning, and learn how to Abseil (Rappel like). I contacted the office with what I thought we would like to do, and they aided us in picking the right option for our group experience level. We ended... More

Recently came up for a weekend trip and decided to do the Winter Canyoning (Jugglers Canyon) with these guys and it was incredible! I don't recall both of the instructor's names but one was Marty and they were both really great and helpful. Had little experience abseiling from when I was about 14 years old but felt safe the whole... More

Thanks for your enthusiastic review! We're glad you enjoyed the day and all the little extras we provide, and it's awesome you noticed the source of your cup of tea. Being able to have a drink from a waterfall in a World Heritage listed National Park is definitely not something you can experience anywhere. We hope the rest of your... More

Just finished up a day trip canyoning with BMAC and it was a fantastic experience. There were two of us and we had zero abseiling experience but after a demonstration and a few practice runs we were feeling much more comfortable and ready to take on the day. Marty was our guide and he did a tremendous job - rappelling... More

Thanks for your review. Winter canyoning is a surprisingly beautiful and rewarding experience. We're glad you appreciated the little extras that we've invested in - we've worked to make sure that we've got everything you need for a great day out, including excellent staff like Marty (one of the best in the Blue Mountains for sure!) We sincerely hope you... More

Great weather, great guide, fun climbs and abseil's. A great day adjusted for each of our levels of ability. Will use again for my next climbing trip. Thanks to Nathan our guide for organising an excellent day out in the mountains for some beginners.

I totally thought our day of climbing would be called off as it was 5 degrees and raining. But Marty was all over it and said we'd be good to go. He took us to the Aunty Jack area near Cox's road and it was dry and protected. He set up safe and challenging climbs for people of all different... More

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, it is really appreciated. We work hard to employ highly experienced guides who have excellent knowledge of the local area. This means that when it is windy we can find a place to go that is out of the wind, and when it is cold we try and find a place... More

Just did abseiling and hiking with them. Idk about other companies but when I got there, it was freezing cold. I didn't expect that. So they lent me clothes from top to toe without any extra charges. Really nice people. The abseils were amazing and fun. The hikes were cool. The views was sweet. What more do I need to... More

It was cold on Saturday wasn't it! We certainly would have rescheduled if there was a safety concern, but Juggler Canyon is one where you work up a bit of body heat and get down out of the wind in the canyon gorge. And we would much rather you have a great adventure day out than have to cancel and... More

I called BMA in the morning asking if we could do an introductory abseiling course in the afternoon and they got it organised quick-smart. Jimmy was a brilliant guy, with heaps of patience along with his happy & friendly nature. He made us all feel safe and his encouragement meant that our 11yo who is super scared of heights went... Thanks for your review - Jimmy has been away overseas adventuring for a few years and we are glad to have him back amongst us again! The location you went to on the day is called "Narrow Neck" and it has some spectacularly big cliffs surrounding it - even the 15m abseil can be quite intimidating so we're glad your... More

I did the Sheep Dip and Rocky Creek canyoning, and it was worth the money. I booked last minute, and the staff did an awesome job helping me pick which tour I wanted to do. Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We try very hard to pair people up with an experience that is right for them, not the booking that is easy for us. Whilst we can't always accommodate last minute bookings we're glad you were able to join us for this great trip, which as you rightly pointed out, is... More
