My wife and I did this back in January 2015. We have never been canyoning before so with a little help we decided to do the serendipty canyon. What a great experience. It wasn't too tough or too easy, it was a great introduction into canyoning. Marty was an awesome tour guide. The canyon is very beautiful and we had... More

It was our first canyoning and abseiling experiences today and it was just gorgeous! Abseiling was really fun and adventure, the cool water was refreshing and the Canyon was really picturesque. We always felt safe. Much thanks to Marty our tourguide, who did a really really good job!!!! :)

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it is really appreciated. Serendipity is a great intermediate level canyon: it's got a bit of everything in it. We're glad that you found it to be spot on for you as a first time canyon experience. We're also glad you had a good day out with Marty - he's... More

Callum led a group of four (myself and a family of three) rappelling (or abseiling, as they call it Down Under) in Juggler Canyon, and it was by far, the highlight of my trip to Australia and a real treat during my excursion to the Blue Mountains. I walked in the door the afternoon before to inquire about any last-minute... More

I had the greatest time "canyoning" in the Blue Mountains with the BMAC! The two instructors were a lot of fun, made me feel very safe, and made the experience amazing. I truly had an incredible day abseiling down waterfalls, jumping off rocks into the water, going into caves, rock climbing, swimming, etc., we did it all. Everyone involved was... More

Thanks so much for the awesomely energetic review! I'm struggling to figure out which canyoning adventure it was that you joined us for, but I'm glad you had a great day out. Your feedback is really appreciated and we hope you enjoyed the rest of your adventures in Australia! More

My friends and I received a gift certificate with the Blue Mountains Adventure Company and we were certainly not disappointed! John and Charles took us through the Empress Falls canyon which ended with an amazing abseil through a waterfall! The staff were nothing but friendly and helpful (even when we had to reschedule, they were completely understanding). The lunch provided... More

Thanks so much for your review Katie. It's really nice to get feedback like that to know we're on the right track. I sincerely hope that we do have a chance to see you for another adventure and give you an opportunity to see some of the more remote and wild places that we go to. More

Thanks to Daniel and Pam for guiding us on the Serendipity trip yesterday. I had an excellent day, and it struck a good balance for someone who is adventurous and has done similar things previously. This is definitely an intermediate trip, particularly as the walk out of the Canyon with wet footwear and a backpack was harder than I was... More

Gday Alastair. Soggy lollies is an absolute travesty! But despite that, I'm glad that your overall experience on the day was positive. I've passed your comments on to Dan and Pamela and we hope to see you again one day. Cheers! (And sincerely, thanks for taking the time to write a review!) More

My wife and I did Serendipity Canyon on the 25th of January and had an amazing time. The guides were friendly, helpful and professional - having not done anything like this before we felt safe and enjoyed the day. Highly recommend this experience and can't wait to do another canyon!

Thanks for the review Jon, especially for sharing your photos. The one looking down the canyon with the person abseiling and the orange wetsuit in the shot is great! We'll pass your feedback on to the guides (especially Phoebe who is new to the team) and we hope to see you again some time! Cheers More

My wife and I wanted a challenging walk in the Blue mountains s about 7 hours long. The company arranged this and our guide Dan was a brilliant guide, plus pretty good at making tea.We travelled down a steep incline then travelled down the gorge , great views everywhere, then had a steep climb out close to a waterfall, bridal... We love challenging walks. Especially ones where you sweat and grunt and get a bit dirty and probably hurt a bit the next day. We are an adventure company after all! Dan is a superb bush walking guide and he has some great stories about the history of the place. We're glad that the day was just right for you... More

Fantasticq experience abseiling and canyoning yesterday. So much fun and our guides, the two Toms were incredible. I was a little hesitant but they both talked me through every step of the way and made me feel confident. They were also a lot of fun and ensured there were high fives all round :) would highly recommend this company. The... More

Thanks for sharing your photos Michelle! High fives aren't a standard part of our operating procedures, but the guides know to go the extra mile for our guests, so I'm glad the Tom's had enough in stock to get through the day :) We're also glad to hear that the guys got you through the initial part of the day... Thanks for the review and for mentioning your guides specifically. They really appreciate getting the feedback. I've passed your review on to Tim and Tom - well I've tried to.
