This place is just awesome. Great outlook out to sea all year round. Sometimes you can be lucky and see a pod of dolphins or the occasional whale swim past. It's sheltered from the cold winds of winter so much that sun baking in June and July is a delight. In summer though its north-easterly outlook is a catchment for... More

We celebrated our grand daughter's birthday here with a small family gathering. Cup cakes, coffee and a swim with a small family group was in a perfect location. Swimming in the baths with waves gently breaking over the wall was the highlight. We all loved it!

This is a very nice spot for a swim in the sea level pool. Plenty of shade and refreshments. Yoga on the deck too!

I always go to the ladies baths but if you have a family try this one out. You have to pay to get in, it's about $4 but I never pay as I patrol there. Good to see some little fish and if you have young kids they can't escape.

Magnificent fresh ocean pool. Take a fold up beach chair for extra comfort. Has a great kiosk for sandwiches, snacks and coffee. The most amazing view around. You can even book a massage there under the shade. Highly recommend this place. I have been going there all my life.

I was recommended this place by a local and I am grateful for her hint. As they charge you a few bucks, most people avoid coming here, I guess. But the entrance fee is well invested if you look for a quiet place to have a swim in the ocean pool, to have a coffee or get some snacks (much... More

Wylies Baths is a fabulous, clean, saltwater pool in a lovely location, overlooking Coogee Beach. It is also quite historic, having been at its current location for a century. Wylies not only has a beautiful pool, but a lovely kiosk and upper deck (used for functions). You can even book a massage by the sea. Bliss!

Well worth a Sunday morning hang-out, it is as good in winter as in summer. Grab a newspaper, have a swim, sit on a towel, buy a cappuccino from the cafe there. Fantastic.

This is one of the last remaining historic seawater baths in Sydney named after Mina Wylie, an Australian swimming champion in the early 1900's. The pool is large and pristine and the views over the rocks and Coogee Beach are sensational. A great place to hang out for a few hours, with a good book. Simple food and coffee are... More
