We went on a half day tour. The kajaking part was good, got a snack on the island and a bit of time to snorkel. Snorkelling wasn't great as they don't provide the fins (because a lot of people weren't carefull and damaged the corals) so it made the snorkelling exausting (for the legs but especially for the arms after... Had an awesome morning kayaking with a great group and lovely owner Hayley! So lovely being out in the beautiful water. Hayley was really informative, we were beginners and there is no pressure to go fast. Snorkelling was fun, stinger suits were provided. We saw turtles. Awesome way to start the day organised by a really lovely family business. Thanks,... More

I had a great time on my half-day tour, after about 50 minutes of kayaking we arrived at a small beach, did some snorkelling and saw a lot. After that we had a bit if lunch (provided) and headed back to the harbour. I only wish I'd been able to do the full day, but they weren't being run when... More

Had a great morning out with Hayley. She was informative and helpful. Water was beautifully calm and the rest spot for snorkelling and snacks was lovely - we saw lots of turtles from the beach too! Sadly the water visibility was quite poor that day so we didn't see much underwater but obviously that is no fault of the company!... More

My partner and I did the Salty Dog Kayaking. It was a disappointing experience. We spent $160 to paddle out and see a heap of dead coral. The brochure said snorkel amongst coral gardens but we only saw murky water. At the halfway point we grabbed a dry cracker and a cube of cheese. The trip was rushed and nothing... More

We did an afternoon tour. Kayaked across a few places. Neill gave us insights into marine life, tides etc. Stopped for some refreshments at a secluded island. It was an amazing time!

It was my first time kayaking at sea so it was a great experience. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I put plenty of sunscreen on but I ended up quite burnt - make sure you wear clothing with long sleeves and pants that go to your knees!

Really enjoyed ourselves in the kayak. A nice way to get out and see some of the islands. Our guide Hayley and her son were very helpful and friendly. Nice morning snack.

I booked a half day trip with my cousin, and we were a little nervous as we're not the fittest people, but not once did we feel out of place the guide hailey is soooo friendly and you get picked up from your hotel and dropped back, the kayaking is fun and snorkelling is good on a clear day Hailey... First sea kayaking experience - our last activity in Airlie beach for Christmas holiday. Had no experience before and felt very tired. But the staff were very friendly and showed us how to make kayak moving faster. We were also lucky to see Dolphins which is very rare in that area.
