See the croc eyes glow in your torchlight. In the Aussie bush, there's always a chance you will cross paths with a "Swaggie" (an original Australian bushman). Join our hospitable Swaggie and enjoy billy tea and damper with him by the campfire. His friends, the kangaroos, will come down to say G'day and maybe even share a bite to eat! After complimentary cold beer or wine, join in the fun as our guides teach you some famous Aussie Bush Dances. Dance and sing along - it's more fun than you can imagine!

My two nieces and I visited the night zoo recently. They had a ball from start to finish. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, happy and friendly and while I enjoyed the hour or so night tour, I think the night is overpriced. The food wasn't that tasty and I was probably expecting something a lot nicer for... More

Have to say I was sceptical about this one and whilst it isn't cheap it is a great fun evening and the awesome staff have really created a great experience. Starts with a great bbq and then a really interactive tour of the zoo seeing some cool animals before a bush dancing and sing song to finish. Really recommend particularly... More

My wife and I visited the night zoo during our honeymoon in June 2015. Two weeks later we are still talking about the rollicking good time we had at the night zoo and could not recommend this any more highly. The animals were just spectacular and people were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Not only was the zoo itself a real... More

Cairns Night Zoo is fantastic to visit and more interesting to visit at night. You get shown around the zoo to see the night animals. Great to visit with the family

I LOVED THIS!! For someone who "thought" he was not a fan of Zoo's, I had a seriously good night. We started with a great Aussie BBQ which was very good indeed. Complimentary drinks to wash it down with and live music. The tour then commenced by torch light to see the various animals that are taken care of here.... More

Hotel pick up then out to the zoo. Really good trip. The meal was spot on. Was nice to walk around with our torches to see the animals at night. You can also have your photo taken with a Koala.

We weren't really sure what to expect from this, what we got was a fantastic evening! Nice dinner, informative, fun tour. Getting to hand feed the Kangaroos, meet the Koalas and Wombat. Then the fun singing and dancing with the staff at the end of the night. Definately go if you have the chance!

This is one of the highlights of our trip! Me and my daughter just loved it, cuddling and petting Koala bears, Feeding and petting kangaroos, we even held a snake! Lively night, very informative, the wine and beer included just all made for a great night that we will remember forever!
