Another must visit location while in Cairns area. A 20-25 minute drive from Cairns to the Zoo. Holding a Koala is 16.00 but, well worth it. You can hand feed smaller kangaroos. We spent around 4 hours here was very good. Dont miss the free bird show its really good. Reccomoend a picnic though as the cafe was awful!! The animals here are all happy!! We especially liked seeing the Lemurs and the Red panda!!! More

This zoo was really good. We have been to many down in sydney but it was very well layed out. Definitely recommend it More
