Although I travel to FNQ regularly I have never bothered to go to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures because I have seen crocodiles in the wild and thought that this would just be more of the same but I was so wrong. The visit was most informative, interesting and enjoyable. I will revisit.

We had a great time, we have 10,8,6yr old kids and they loved it. Make sure you see the croc show, bird show and the snake show - all informative and lively. We didn't get enough to time to do the cassowary walk but enjoyed the visit and the boat ride at the end which is where you see crocs... More

A great park to visit. Was very impressed with the staff as whilst having lunch you could not but notice the staff in the eating area never stood idle as they would be cleaning, wiping tables and railing. I have not seen that work ethic since a visit to Japan. The staff were wonderful applying first aid to our grandson... More

This is a great family day out. We had done croc tours before, and not always guaranteed to see them. But at Hartley's the boat tour in the caged boat was brilliant, our tour guide was a real thrill seeker and kept all us throughly amused. The crocs were huge and came out to play. The walk through the other... More

got there later in the day so missed a few of the days activities, a half day admission would have been fair considering we'd already missed a few of the shows but wasn't available. good range of alternative food emu, croc etc

The entry fee is $37pp, so cheap in Port Douglas terms of things to do. You could spend at least half a day here enjoying all the talks and shows. Great for kids - and big kids too!
