We had the most amazing time at Hartley's. Staff have an absolute respect and genuine care for the animals in their charge. No showy rubbish which is especially important if you've grown up around animals such as these. Yes the entry fee was a little steep but fits with the area and quality of the attraction. The whole day held... More

Wish they had a restaurant supplying a menu lunch with wine and beer etc, on the river front, rather then just the café they had there. Everything else was quite good. I would recommend taking kids there for an exciting day, viewing the animals and especially the crocodiles, while on a boat.

After reviewing the Hartley's website it was beneficial to be able to see what would be the recommended time to reach the park and take advantage of all its benefits. Hartley's was easy to find with a large sign stating crocodile feeding and including its timings! Once we reached the entrance of the park, you are greeted by two very... More

Visited Hartley's, sometime in January. Would definitely recommend you allow enough time for the full day. It is very well organized establishment, with the shows being just spaced across the day just enough so that you didn't feel rushed, but was still able to see all the place had to offer. Tried the crocodile ceaser salad, very tasty and not... More

Visited yesterday and can honestly say best thin we have done in cairns. The keepers are so knowledgeable, hands on and enthusiastic. The place has a much better set up than zoos. They not not have very close and continuous involvement with the animals but they get the tourists involved too. The animals are kept in good conditions. Unlike zoos... More

I visited Hartley's croc farm on a day tour to the zoo, and I'd actually class this park as a zoo as it's just brilliant! Firstly the tours of the farm were really fascinating - and a really unique sight! The tour of the lagoon on the boat is just fantastic! Food is hung over the side of the boat,... More

Visited Hartley's last month and had a great time. The setup and activities are great and interactive and the staff are very knowledgable. Saw the croc attack show which was both hilarious and heart-stopping at the same time. No issues whatsoever with the park, had a great time!

The boat ride on the lagoon is a must as is the croc feeding. We'd heard this place was great and it lived up to expectations!
