If you go to Uluru/Ayers Rock you must experience this camel ride adventure. This is unlike any other camel experience. First these camels are so well cared for. They are like loving pets that are gentle, kind and do not smell. The saddles are custom made, so the ride is very comfortable. You go for a leisurely trek of one... More

Quite pricey but the experience was worth it. Have ridden camels a few times before and always uncomfortable but not so bad this time round. My kids ages 13, 9 and 7 also rode and had a blast. Loved the gift shop!

The camel farm was recommended by the coach driver on the way in from the airport. Immediately our young daughter's ears stood up. I immediately thought that will be expensive. How wrong was I, $15 for a ten minute camel track on a beautiful farm, with Ayers Rock lingering in the background, you will not find better value for money, I... More

I did the sunset camel ride which was super enjoyable. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and it was a relaxing circuit ride with stunning views of kata tjuta and Uluru. The post ride damper and dukka were delicious and the glass of red wine to accompany it finished the evening off perfectly! Would recommend to anyone as a... More

My friends and I decided if we were doing the Sounds of Silence dinner, we wanted to arrive in style, Australian style that is. So we opted to pay extra for the camels instead of taking the bus, and it was the best decision! We were picked up at Ayers Rock Resort and comfortably transported to the camel farm. We... More

We joined a camel tour last week and it was a wonderful experience. Prior to going on a camel I thought they were quite dirty bad tempered animals who liked to spit at you. I couldnt have been more wrong. The camels on this tour are very well looked after and clean and placid. The ride itself was fantastic and... More

This excursion, overall was very nice. There are a lot of people that attend and if you are in the back of the line, like we were, you have little to no chance of hearing what the head guide was saying. There are three guides that walk along side of you during this trip, so based on that you can... More

Did the sunrise tour and it was a great experience with friendly staff (cameleers). The group was large, but it they have enough camels where you can either ride with your family/friend or ride on your own. They take photos which you can buy from them otherwise they will also take pics with your camera as well. Learned that camels... More

There are an estimated 1 million wild camels in Australia, left over from pre-train Australia. We were picked up from the hotel and the staff were friendly and polite. Great safety speak from the host / photographer! Getting on the camels was a fun experience with the staff balancing wit and professionalism. The tour itself was a little slow pace.... More
