If you get the chance to visit Uluru, town of Yulara, find some time to stop over at the Camel Farm. The convenient complimentary Yulara Resort shuttle bus stops there or you may walk there from the Town Square- perhaps a 20-30 min. walk at the most. It is worth a stop there even if you do not have time... More

My husband and I did the dawn camel tour. I must admit I was a bit concerned about hopping and staying on a camel but it was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Central Australia and that is saying a lot. With a beautiful dawn rising, mounted on our camels, we had a spectacular view out to Uluru and... More

We did the sunrise tour and can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our family holiday! The guys (and our female camel train leader) running the tour were very friendly and professional, providing great guidance and stories along the way. All our questions about camels were answered, often with humour but always knowledgeably. As the sun rose,... More

We spent much longer than we expected. All the staff were really friendly and generous with their knowledge. Kids loved the short ride in the Farm itself and patted the baby camels. Lots of "selfies" taken. Fed kangaroos out the back. Excellent experience.

My partner and I went to Uluru over the October long weekend, and went on this trip as part of the Sounds of Silence dinner experience. This was an absolutely fantastic addition to the experience. Our cameler, Caitlin, was incredibly enthusiastic and good-humoured, and went out of her way to make sure that we each had a fantastic time. Caitlin... More

You simply have to do a camel ride at Uluru. We did the one that took us to the Sounds of Silence dinner. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They took great photos of us on our camels in front of Uluru. Wonderful experience for adults and children.

Close your eyes and imagine riding a camel thru the outback, knowing you are heading for a once in a lifetime dinner at the Sounds Of Silence. What I didn't imagine was the joy of being greeted with champagne on our arrival at the dinner. Now, that is the way to end one wonderful experience.
