A great spot! Worth spending time here for a swim and explore! Energetic ones can swim to the waterfall. A hint is to take one of those poly styrene noodles with you as these can be invaluable in these water holes! Has a camping ground as well so if you want a good relax spend a night or 2 here.... First time I have been here, and what a wonderful place it is. The falls pools are easy to access, not too many people. This is the real Australian outdoors , the water is clear and cool. The kiosk is quite a surprise, the food and coffee are outstanding. The campgrounds are spectacular, it's 20klm from the highway. So it's... More

We camped here for a couple of days, the facilities are excellent. The walk to the falls was of a medium rating and was easily done if you took care. The views of the waterfall was brilliant as was the pool at the base of Edith Falls. A wonderful place to spend some time and enjoy the beauty of Australia

Had a great day out with friends and the kids over the school holidays. Perfect for swimming and picnics. Will definitely do this again and would highly recommend for any visitors to the area

Located within the western side of Nitmiluk National Park, the 45km drive from Katherine and a further 19km from the turnoff to your right, will get you to Edith Falls camping and picnic area. The Edith Falls plunge pool is the most well known, as most of the Tourist buses and day tours visit this area for shorter stops. If... More

A great place to relax in a freshwater pool and to dry out on the grassed area near by, plus there is a great cafe that offers a good selection of food - the Barra Burger is a must.

One of the nicest swimming spots in Australia. There are washrooms and showers and a small kiosk for treats after your swim.

If you want to go to the top pools don't rush, two tracks available, both require some clambering, not a lot of shade so water & hats. However just a visit to the bottom pool is well worth it, relaxing comfortable, easy access and beautiful.
