Although the big pool is great, it is worthwhile to walk to the upper pools for a relaxing swim and a great view.

This beautiful spot is well worth a visit. a 2km beautiful bush walk is rewarded by stunning views and ending up at a gorgeous rock pool with a waterfall where the water is fresh and clear.

Large and inviting lagoon at bottom of falls. Only that day opened for swimming after "clearance" of crocodiles after wet season. But surrounded by extensive wet marshlands. Our tour guide explained that last year it had to be closed after being declared safe when more crocs were found, not once but twice. Guide declined to swim, so did we. More... More

I think Edith Falls is the best in June/July. There are not so many flies, the weather is hot, but not that hot, and the water is a nice temperature. The top pool is well worth the walk. Its only about a km, and my 78 year parents did it 2 years ago without any bother. The water is clear... More

Yes they are a drive off the main road and yes they are small but that is all part of the attraction of these falls. Nice green lawn area right up to waters edge, great for resting on and recovering! Multiple entry points to waterhole - everything from steps to rocky beach type location. Clear clean water - deep and... More

top falls is well worth the walk you wont be disappointed. Take noodle or float for lower falls so you can float/kick your way to the waterfall. Our kids had goggles and enjoyed seeing the fish as they swam.

This was a disappointment. Small fall and super large waterhole. Lots of walks if you have time - we did not. Basically, if you have time camp here and do the walks. If you are short on time move on.

These falls are okay but they are a significant drive off the main road and the falls are a long distance from the main viewing point so if you're not going to swim up to them (and the day we were there it was cool & windy so no swimming for us). Perhaps the walk to the top of the... More

Very refreshing and clean. Wonderful for a swim surrounded by nature. Recommend to take a floating if you are not a strong swimmer

Wonderful scenic spot with great swimming pool alongside lovely green lawn area, toilets, showers and kiosk. A significant walk to the top of the hills to reach the "top" pool. Need time due to steepness and roughness of walk...but well worth the experience. Take plenty of water and a hat. Even better avoid midday heat
