One of the highlights of my half day Hawke's Bay wine tour. If you like Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah, you will love Craggy Range. After tasting (and purchasing a couple of bottles of wine), had a wonderful lunch al fresco at Terrior. Very enjoyable & relaxing part of my day.

You could be spoiled for choice of wineries to visit in the Hawke’s Bay area however this one near Havelock North is a strong contender. It has a quality modern structured building which houses the cellar door tastings, a restaurant and even a few cottages on site for those who prefer to have their wine in comfortable surroundings. You would... More

Craggy Range holds a special place in our hearts and memories - every time we have a glass of this wine I'm transported back to a wonderful evening in a beautiful setting. Love everything about this place and always look for this wine on a restaurant's list and see it as an example of excellent taste, would go back in... More

Wonderful setting great service and well worth a visit if only to enjoy the stunning grounds. The restaurant is top class but they dont mind if you just want to enjoy a coffee out on the deck.

This winery is absolutely beautiful in a lovely setting however the food was extremely disappointing as well as being completely overpriced. There was 5 of us eating and we were all hungary when we left and much lighter in pocket! I am vegetarian and its really interesting to see how different establishments cater to dietary requirements, the choice at this... More

We had lunch here at the Terroir on Sunday. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out. We sat inside as the day was cool but the outside tables would be fantastic on a sunny day. The view is lovely, the grounds you look out over are spectacular. We decide to have Roast Pork Rack for Two. The menu and the... More

We tasted here once again. Last time was 1 1/2 yrs ago. The Pinots are a must. Although we enjoyed the range of wines poured. We had this as our destination to have lunch as well. Excellent!!! Service, food, wine. I would happily dine here again. The garden has citrus trees, herbs for the kitchen, planted for use as well... More

Craggy Range hosted our wedding March this year. We were sold on Craggy right from our initial visit, the spectacular setting beneath Te Mata Peak and the impressive service provided by Craggy Staff. Shelley Clarke 'nursed' us through the wedding planning process, first wedding in the family we needed coaxing!! And on the day we 'nicknamed' Shelley octopus as there... More

Stop in with friends and had the most spectacular lunch - great food, wine and setting. Has been very well designed to provide a great experience and making the most of the local produce and scenery.
