Went here yesterday with my extended family, great for the young and young at heart. $28 for the whole park is a bargain, next time I'd probably just go for the $18 swim pass though as the wait times for the other attractions can be lengthy. We arrived at 10.20am and were a bit worried about the huge line to... More

Great afternoon out. Miss 7 enjoyed driving her own bumper boat and jeep. Water slides are lots of fun. Premises are clean. We met Puss, the resident cat

It is very pricy so try and get deal if you can. But once you're in shade by the pools can be highly sought after. We found a great spot further away from the pools under a tree with a picnic table and not too many people. Lovely. The lazy river is great and we spent most of our time... More

We planned our trip to Hawke's Bay specifically so that our 11 year old son could spend time at Splash Planet, and we were not disappointed! Really fantastic facility, and despite the huge numbers of people, still plenty to do. The slides were great, the water is warm and the lazy river going around the facility is terrific and a... We went here as part of a roadtrip. It was an amazing pitstop. They had both wet rides and dry rides as well as normal pools for the adults. Heaps of activities to keep the kids entertained Its average priced so not too heavy on the pocket either Definitely one of the best water parks i've visited

I was on a week trip visiting Gisborne & Napier, and I must say, Splash Planet was the highlight of the whole trip!! The slides, the staff, the water, everything was perfect. All the queue lines were really short, even though it was really busy. Well, all except the Bumper Boats. Though it was worth the wait, as it ended... More

Wonderful fun for the whole family …. BUT you must wear a rash top for sun protection and take jandals as our young son burnt his feet badly while there. Also be prepared to queue for popular rides. It is a great pity that this doesn't open earlier (say at 8am) and/or stay open later (say until 8 pm), so... More
