Splash Planet is a kids haven and even adults if you are happy to have a picnic on the lawns and just chill out.

Took the Australian grandchildren who have visited Sea World, Dream World, Movie World etc quite a few times. Thought they might have been disappointed with Splash Planet but they had a wonderful time and loved it all. They were 11 and 13 years old. They were very keen to have another day out there but time didn't allow it.

I do love it here, but was really disappointed that the lazy river was full of leaves and acorns, we got there early so it couldn't have built up over the time it was open. It should have been cleaned before opening. Water slides are great, the rides are great apart from the jeeps - the ground around the queue... More

This is my second visit with kids 9 and 7. Such a great park. Really safe and so many choices. Outstanding value. 7 hours fun for $65. Can't get better.

LOVED IT! Totally worth the 5 hour drive to get here from Auckland! For a small entry of $28 you get everything including the bumper boats and the carts to the mini golf which we didn't get to try. Only 1 downfall is that they didn't have a hot spa pool which would be nice when the sun starts to... More

this was our second time visiting splash planet (we found it by accident a few years ago and then went back again next time we visited NZ) and no doubt we will go again! Fantastic fun for the whole family. Lots of life guards, lots of different water activities so you can find one that you like (I love the... More

My son love the day there.. Not alot of seating but managed to get a lounge chair.. Lines are long for non wet rides , may not be necessary unless you spend the whole day.

Nanas with grandkids had a great day. This is an awesome facility for the whole family, with water activities galore, as well as go karts, kyaks, bumper boats, jungle jeeps, Noddy Town and Mini golf, all of which the kids love. Council should consider having a later closure for those hot summer nights, or even a 4-7 or 8pm entry... More
