Interesting way to fill a couple of hours while waiting for the plane at the nearby airport. They have lockers for you to stow your bags too while you view the exhibits. Something for everyone- fashion for the ladies and cars for the men! Good gift shop and cafe too. More

WOW is one of those places you can only find in New Zealand. Two museums- one devoted to the most extraordinary clothing made from everything from saw blades to Perspex discs and the other a motor museum. I love the idea that the more mechanically minded can enthuse over the cars while the more arty folks can marvel at how... More

The WOW (World of Wearable Arts) museum was great! The costumes were displayed with great imagination. It was good to be able to see the work that went into them close up. Very well done! The car museum part of it was also good with some imaginative displays. Something here for the males and the females although I would bet... More

Interesting place, cars for the guys and some truly strange 'outfits' for the ladies. The outfits are at the edge of wearable, but the catwalks in Milan have see just as strange. The outfits are quite imaginative. Suggest the guys are sent to look at the cars only. It is expensive but well run and put together. More

Very much worth a visit, especially on a wet day. The 'dresses' are out of this world and very inspiring. For those not interested in costumes, there is the classic car museum attached. More
