The Esplanade is a lovely drive whereby you can pull over and visit the beach, the caravan parks, the shops and eating places. I would return again.

I walked a short way along the Esplanade, but enjoyed the walk next to the sea, following the paved footway that led all the way to the marina. There is the pier and nice beaches along the esplanade that I walked along as well.

The Hervey Bay esplanade is a great place to go. It is about 15 km long and it has a mixture of everything. From great views to the boat harbour to the rock wall. The kids loved it. Great time at the rock wall looking for crabs and shells.

They have souvenirs, clothes, a lovely sandwich store and food places. No good shopping places like a coles/woolworths and the IGA is pretty poor. Overall it is really nice and the beach has nice picnic areas

We're in apartments across the road from the Esplanade/beach. It's lovely--a beautiful sandy beach, very un-crowded, with shade trees overlooking and a bicycle path. We've even been seen dolphins no more than 50 metres from shore!

We hired adult bikes from the Ramada. Took our sons own bike with us. Travelled from the Pier, past Urangan Pier, Torquay, Scarness and up to Piabla. Easy to stop off along the way, admire the scenery and sample the coffee! Ice creams and enjoy a leisurely lunch. Stopped at water park for a break and spent the whole day... More

The Council has only done once Fantastic Thing since they were elected, they have cleaned up the Esplanade and have opened up the magnificent sea views of the bay, this cleaning of the undergrowth also provided people more safety whilst walking as the low lives that assaulted and stole from people have no where to hide now....But this Council has...
