My grandkids look forward to having fun in the park every time they visit. It canbe a bit hot in the sun in the mornings in summer, and often the afternoon is better as the wonderful old trees provide plenty of shade.

Keeps the kids occupied for an hour or two and the location is good for grandparents wanting a rest.

Great for grandkids. Fantastic free attraction provided by the city council. As good as Townsville! Would have to be a first on all family visits to Hervey Bay

Ideal place for the family, free entry and the kids love it there, Snacks can be expensive so it may pay to take your own. Well worth a visit

How great is this park! Oh, and it is FREE! We watched the final light show before it closed for the winter months and it was fun, fun, fun! Kids had a ball - will certainly visit again and again!

The eco-friendly water park is a combination of educational facts and exhibits alongside fabulous water fountains, jets and spouts. The park is a zero-depth water attraction, that is there are no pools, all the water fun is provided by the spraying/pouring of water. On the day of my visit there were very few people enjoying the facility as it was... More

The kids had a fantastic time here, so relaxing for the parents too, as plenty of seating to watch the kids run around through the water fountains, they had great fun. We went later in the day, as it gets pretty busy there. Then on the Friday evening they had a light show, you can't go in the water while... More

The kids loved playing in the water (for free!) during the day. We wanted to stay for the evening light show, but there isn't anywhere nearby to eat. (We were visiting the town and did not have a rental car, so getting anywhere far would have required a taxi.) Ultimately, we walked to a grocery store (that closed at 5pm!)... More
