The centre is staffed by experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was busy when we arrived but t was worth the wait to be served as the person we had was very helpful and gave us tips on where to go and also what to wear. I would recommend the ISite as the first place to go when visiting Kaikoura.

Nice experience. They really are there to help you. There's no line so you never know where to wait to talk to someone so sometimes you wait for ages and people that arrives after you talk to someone before...

I ended up having the ladies at the i-site do alot of checking and booking for me. Haley (or Haylee) did nearly all of it. She's helpful, friendly ... and a stunner to boot. Cheers Haylee, you're Kaikoura's next Bond girl!!

The girls here are very helpful and know their stuff. They can book activities for you also, plus look up weather conditions to help you plan any trips. The shop sells good value t-shirts and baseball caps too.

Nothing was too much trouble. They found an excellent horse trek for us, arranged booking and provided very accurate directions.
