When we went there wasn't that many resident artists and those that were there didn't seem to have the time of day for us - which is odd seeing as they want to sell their stuff. Perhaps a rainy day activity

The quarry is an awesome attraction that can host events, including weddings with the beautiful waterfall as a stunning backdrop, and sculpture filled gardens. The Yvonne Rust Gallery is a great place to exhibit your art works or view a diverse range of exhibitions throughout the year with wheelchair access and cafe opposite. It is the ideal location to have... More

We were there when it was pouring with rain and was quite empty, but it was unusual and very friendly people, helpful and chatty. Can do courses there but we didn't have time but they looked interesting.

The centre is a collection of quirky buildings in a rocky garden setting, showcasing artists and providing courses and classes for learning. Not much happening on the day we went but their website looks interesting. Also some stunning pieces of artwork to look at and buy.
