We had a great lunch at the Leeuwin Estate. The service was excellent, the food amazing and the wines were fabulous. At this restaurant I had the best meal I have ever had in the Margaret River wine region. We stumbled across this restaurant while looking for somewhere for lunch (Voyager was booked out). This was one of our best meals in Margaret River. I had a vegetarian ravioli which was superb and my partner had the steak, also absolutely delicious. The Leeuwin Estate is a must visit on any trip to Margaret River. We took part in the 45 minute tour which was informative but lighthearted with a wine tasting at the end. We didn't try the restaurant due to lack of time but the menu looked great and it has a beautiful setting. They hold outdoor concerts a couple... more

A good winery in a beautiful setting. Very good white wines (Riesling was excellent and I usually wouldn't touch it). The red wines were generally a little understated for my taste. more
