We headed to Margs for our 3 year anniversary, starting with a long lunch at Leeuwin. Our waitress Emma was helpful and made some great recommendations, so much so we went with her choice for dessert and were not disappointed! Each dish was a culinary delight. I had the corn soufflé with lobster for entree. This is not a dish... More

The wines of this estate have a very high reputation and this was a chance to sample them in an environment conducive to getting the best appreciation of their quality. Most tasting is free but 3 wines (including the Brut and the Cabernet Sauvignon) cost AUD 2.50 refundable if you order wines or eat in the restaurant. Staff were friendly... More

We visit Margaret River every year and this is by far the best long lunch you can imagine. The food is delightful and the wine list, especially the museum wine list is superb. We love the oysters and the flight for entree. All the mains we've tried have been delicious, especially the marron. The outdoor setting is spectacular with the... More

We arrived for a late lunch and managed to get a table, however just after our order had been sent to the kitchen the power went out in the whole area. The outage was expected to last several hours so we adjusted our order to uncooked food such as oysters and cheeses since we were really hungry! The service staff... More

The venue was lovely, all was well organized, the concert was well-staged and very good. We pre-ordered hampers, which were very good, but were disappointed that they contained cheese from South Australia and macarons from Victoria! When the South-West has such a variety of wonderful local produce, it would have been good to have the hampers filled with local goods... More

What is there not to like about Carole King. On a perfect summer evening we lost ourselves to the sixtys and seventys again. Drawn back to a time when everything seemed so simple and exciting. Carole carried us gently through the evening with songs of our youth and left with us with the "WOW" factor. The same could not be... More

An excellent place with outstanding wines but the kitchen closes at 3 for lunch which was very disappointing. Cellar door was well thoughtout and offered a good selection if wines to taste. Having to pay to dip there premium wines was tacky and lowered my opinion in the brand. Although this is waived if you buy s bottle it left... More

5 Stars for everything here! The food and wine are both amazing, I'm getting hungry thinking about the delicious goats cheese souffle and almond and orange cake. The service was attentive but non invasive and the grounds are beautiful as you drive in, they are a perfect backdrop for a lazy weekend lunch on the verandah.
