Description: Sunflowers Animal Farm is an interactive, hands-on farm animal display...
Sunflowers Animal Farm is an interactive, hands-on farm animal display with over 300 mainly farm animals. They are all very friendly because people feed them all day! Entry is $11, buckets of animal food are $3 and we are open every day (except Christmas Day) from 9am to 5pm. We have lots of baby animals that you can cuddle and also native animals like kangaroos and an emu. Have a conversation with Pommy the talking bird! Visitors can help give a bottle of milk to our orphan babies every day at 10am and 4pm.Staying overnight at Sunflowers Farmstay also gives your family free entry to the Animal Farm, free buckets of animal food for the children twice a day, a daily pony ride for kids under 7, free DVDs and a tractor ride for the whole family roughly every 2nd day.

We have visited Sunflowers Animal farm since I was a kid and it was always so cheap. We visited again in May 2015 and it was $22 for two adults and $3 for a food bucket! I didn't mind paying for the bucket of food but the entry fee is so expensive. Back in the day you didn't have to... More

Large playground with oversized minion beckons the Margaret River tourists to drop by as it is just off the main road. Playground seems suited for 5 and under. Farm used to have lamb bottle feelings but not any more. Now it feels like paying them to help them with feeding the animals. After visiting countrylife farm at Yallingup, this farm... More

The price at first glance was a bit high. But once we saw how much fun our daughter had when feeding those cute animals (including Kangaroos), the money was really a secondary thing. It was a huge rewarding experience for kids like my daughter growing up in big cities.

Was shocked by the price over $50 for a family of 4 and then on top of that you have to buy the food to feed the animals there's not much to see or do for that price really! won't be back :(

This is a MUST GO TO if you have kids from 0 to 14. This place, although not cheap to enter for a family of 4 is worth every dollar! It allows kids to get close to the animals and even have an experience of feeding them. Both my kids 2 and 12 were over the moon on this farm!... More

Overall the animal farm was average for the price and no concessions available. That said, we had 2 children under 2yrs and wanted to provide something different. The variety of animals was fine and the buckets of food good value for the entertainment they 9provided. We were disappointed we missed the handfeeding. No bell (or other signal) alerted us and... We took our 1 year old to Sunflowers as she loves all kinds of animals and we weren't disappointed. The animals all looked healthy and were friendly so she could get up and close to them. The food buckets are a good mix of grains and vegetables and lasted the whole walk around. There is also a playground there for... More

There is nothing to dislike about this place. The staff are excellent, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The animals are obviously very well cared for, but always happy for extra food from your bucket. The perfect way to relax and forget about any stresses.

They have sheep, goats, kangaroos, emus, horses, alpaca, rabbits and lots of other small animals that we can feed from the buckets of food that can be purchased after entry. Watch out... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was awesome! We got to feed all the animals anytime we wanted, play with the puppies and border collies, and my gal had a daily pony ride, not forgetting also the tractor ride! It was a lovely stay for me with a 5 yr old, and i'm glad my daughter got to... More
