A beautiful building and some amazing artworks. This is not my first exhibition and I have enjoyed every one.

A work trip to Bendigo gave me the opportunity to visit the 'Ned Kelly Perspectives' exhibition and while it certainly didn't disappoint I was probably more impressed by the permanent displays and the building itself. Located in a quite obvious "Arts Precinct" the Gallery could hold its own with many major city galleries I've seen; and the precinct itself has... More

Surprisingly great collection. The Ned Kelly exhibition was truly inspiring. The exhibition space thoughtfully set out.

This beautiful gallery forms part of the Bendigo Arts Complex in a park settng. The permanent collection includes many works by Australian artists. Unfortunately we ran out of time (having travelled to Bendigo by train from Melbourne for the day) so did not see the 'Imaging Ned' exhibition.

Ned Kelly exhibition was very interesting including his actual armour and the Jerilderie letter. Nolan's tapestries were spectacular.

We saw the Ned Kelly exhibition. High quality and write-up of Ned even changed my mind about him (for the better). saw other art as well, as usual 'impressive' is the least one can say about this place. This is a must see when one visits Bendigo

Visited the 'Imagining Ned' exhibition - what a treat to see works by Sidney Nolan and Adam Cullen! Beautiful building with helpful staff and wonderful Australian pieces. Definitely worth a visit.

This gallery is truly unique. It has everything for the art buff or not. It caters for all tastes, it's exhibitions are always viewing, even when you may not think it's to your taste. I love the old art pieces but the new are always thought provoking. Great diversity. Only some of the exhibitions do you need to pay for,... More

Visited the gallery to view the Ned Kelly exhibition (excellent!). What surprised us was the wide range of art included in the gallery's permanent exhibition. Gallery itself was spacious and inviting; gallery cafe also very good with friendly service. Well worth the 90 minute drive from Melbourne.
