Lake Weeroona is a lovely spot, just out of the centre of Bendigo. It is a beautiful place to sit and relax on the lawn or to have a nice breakfast or lunch at the Boardwalk cafe next to it. More

Lake Weeroona is dropping, with water well below the boardwalk level at its southeastern tip. However unlike Ballarat's Lake Wendouree, it is not dry.
