We had a great tour with the wonderful Taylah, very knowledgable and friendly. The beer and cheese tasting at the end was a perfect finish.

Lots of family history, but don't get to actually see anything but closed up tanks, packaging plant had finished for the day, we were shown a DVD on the viewing platform though. the end of the tour brings a 4 beer tasting with complimenting cheeses. My fave was... More

Excellent tour of the brewery with the tour guide very knowledgeable, entertaining & explained all the processes in easy to understand terms. The beer & cheese tasting at the end was excellent. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, Phil wa da wealth of knowledge and interesting anecdotes about the history of the brewery. Disappointed to not actually see any of the few process as it's in big stainless steel tanks (from Germany, thanx Phil). Tasting afterwards was great, good way to end the tour. Recommend it ( would give 3.5 if could)

Hosted a Conference Icebreaker Function at the Brewery and had a fantastic night. Nice venue with indoor and outdoor facilities. Plenty of food and the staff were amazing making it a really enjoyable night. Highly recommend for your next function.

Our tour guide Matt was exceptionally good, spoke clearly everyone in the group was able to hear him. He did a really good job on the beer and cheese tasting at the end of the tour. Unfortunately the tour itself was the disappointment! I have been to other tours where you've been able to look into the mash tons and... More

Back in Tasmania, Launceston this time and having done the Cascade tour in Hobart decided to see what Boags was all about. The tour was interesting and the guide was friendly and informative. It tended more towards the history of Boags then the process of beer making, which is ok as I have seen many a brewery. If this is... More

Interesting and informative tour, The Guide was very informative. Went on a Saturday so the bottling area was closed. Booking essential.....The history was interesting as the brewery started off as the Cornwall Brewery WHEN IT BEGAN history starts in 1881, on the banks of the Esk River in Launceston. It was in the brewery built right here that James Boag... More
