Just sit and watch the surfers, Dolphins if you are lucky, just sit back, if you aren't able to surf or bogey board and watch the talent do it for you

Sick beach to just kick back and relax, and when you're ready to go for a paddle you'll find something behind the rock. It can get pretty crowded here, but when the banks are working well there is plenty of waves for everyone. Also a good place to just watch some talented surfers carve it up as there is pros... More

We visit this place a few times a week and never get sick of the beauty of Snapper Rocks! No wonder they have the Roxy Surf Pro here every year, fantastic beach and surf. We have seen whales and their calves so close to the beach, on the inside of the shark nets a few times....very special! There is always... More

Snapper rocks is one of the best surf beaches on the coast. Be warned it does suffer from over crowding and yo cal local aggressive threats out back. As a beach it is fantastic

It's a weird but wonderful beach. Some kids and families on the beach and grass, more surfers in the water and heaps and I mean heaps of board riders. funny thing, board riders are a mix of middle aged blokes trying to be young and adventurous, young blokes improving their board skills snd kids on surf boards. Where are the... More

Walked around the border area which included Snapper Rocks while waiting for our flight back to Melbourne. The whole area is clean and well worth the time just to look at people surfing or just the sea rolling in.
