Owner description: Go back in time and board the Chinese Junk which is an altogether different experience - she is a vintage authentic Chinese junk and an extremely comfortable boat. Be lulled on one of their two hour trips and enjoy either a yummy morning tea scenic cruise, a tasty fish & chip lunch cruise or a spectacular sunset cruise. Take in the sights of the picturesque river while listening to the informative commentary, and be sure to keep an eye out for dolphins which are spotted on most trips. With experienced friendly and knowledgeable staff, they are sure to make your river cruise a memorable occasion."

We took the sunset fish and chips cruise and we liked it. The cruise goes up the Hasting River, taking about 2 hours end to end. Half-way through, the boat docks and fish and chips are delivered on board. To make it perfect, bring your own bottle of wine of some beer. The boat is well-equipped for this king of... More

Very friendly skipper gives plenty of info and history about the local area. Yummy fish n chips delivered to the boat while cruising. We saw 3 dolphins (several times!) which isn't unusual! Recommend sunset cruise :)

We went on the pre-dinner cruise on a sunny Saturday afternoon with 3 kids age 7-10 years. We brought our own food and a couple of beers and some wine. This was essential to keeping the kids happy and as long as they were fed they were happy while my wife and I relaxed back on the comfy couches. We... More

We did the sunset fish & chip trip, 4th Nov 2014 - thoroughly enjoyed the trip, food was good and a big thank you to the bubbly, multi-skilled Jodie who made the day. What a great personality she has. Jim & Carole

We went on Chinese Junk lunch cruise on 24th Oct. We found the experience fantastic, the river was peaceful, we saw dolphins and the information of the surrounding areas was very interesting. Lots of beautiful properties on the way. Then came the Fish & Chips, very tasty & fresh. Brian was informative and funny. The only complaint would be that... More

I had a good time--on my phone. I went on the $30-something tour of the river so I guess I couldn't have expected much. Take note of how the other, positive reviews mention "relaxing" a lot. That's because it'll send you to sleep.

Let me start by saying I get seasick, so I had pretty much decided this was not going to be a great experience but I was totally wrong! An awesome two hour water tour of Port Macquarie took in sights I didn't know existed in this ever growing and amazingly beautiful town. Smooth waters, dolphins, scenic canals and waterways made...
