Go back in time and board the Chinese Junk which is an altogether different experience - she is a vintage authentic Chinese junk and an extremely comfortable boat. Be lulled on one of their two hour trips and enjoy either a yummy morning tea scenic cruise, a tasty fish & chip lunch cruise or a spectacular sunset cruise. Take in the sights of the picturesque river while listening to the informative commentary, and be sure to keep an eye out for dolphins which are spotted on most trips. With experienced friendly and knowledgeable staff, they are sure to make your river cruise a memorable occasion."

We decided to take the lunchtime fish and chip cruise - $30/head for two hours and included lunch. We received complimentary tea and coffee and there were cool drinks for sale as well. We took along an esky to have a wine with lunch and sat back, relaxed and took in the views. Brian the Captain was most knowledgeable and... More

Collected from our self catering apartment and dropped off no more than five yards from the jetty, we spent a great couple of hours cruising the Hastings river. An amusing lighthearted commentary from the Captain kept us entertained and we even saw a few dolphins which went down a treat. Tasty fish and chips were dropped off and all the... More

An extremely pleasant way to spend a couple of hours or so. Cruising the Hastings River with a live local commentary. There were even fish and chips delivered to the boat mid cruise which made for a great cherry on the cake. A must do in Port.

What a lovely way to spend some time in Port Macquarie. My husband and I were picked up outside our accommodation and whisked down to the town wharf. We chose to cruise on the fish n chip lunch trip. The quaint boat has plenty of comfortable seating undercover and out in the fresh air. Mother Mature was kind enough to... More

Lovely scenery and informative commentary. Great value for money at $16 for a 2 hr cruise with morning tea and a pick up from the motel!

The trip we made on boxing day 2014 was excellent. The staff were so friendly and informative on the life of the junk prior to coming to Port Macquarie. We enjoyed it so much we bought the t shirts male and female. Enjoyed a great day.

We took the sunset fish and chips cruise and we liked it. The cruise goes up the Hasting River, taking about 2 hours end to end. Half-way through, the boat docks and fish and chips are delivered on board. To make it perfect, bring your own bottle of wine of some beer. The boat is well-equipped for this king of... More

Very friendly skipper gives plenty of info and history about the local area. Yummy fish n chips delivered to the boat while cruising. We saw 3 dolphins (several times!) which isn't unusual! Recommend sunset cruise :)
