One of the best ways to start your day

It runs beside the pounding surf, is a little uphill to stretch the cardi and has some good stops for chin-ups etc. You can do it as strong or as leisurely as you want

What a wonderful walk. The view is great and you will pass many beautiful people on this trek. Take a camera if you like because you will get some great shots. Walk hard and sweat like a pig and achieve your goals.

Loved this walk as some was on the hill tops and some on the beautiful beaches that abound here. Of course that meant walking up and down steps but well worth the effort.

What better to do as the sun sinks in the west is to walk aong the cliff top at Port Macquarie. There are an abundance of seats and picnic tables and the view is to die for. Or watch the surfers patiently waiting to catch a wave

The walk can be done at any time of year but in summer, it is rather hot from about 10-4. The walk can be extended either towards the town centre or to Flynns Beach.

Apart from the excellent scenery, a great feature of this walk is that it can be done in sections. This aspect offsets a couple of the negatives which are a lack of shade especially in the afternoon on a hot day in summer and that it is not a circuit so I found myself a long way from where I...
