Was a nice way to spend the afternoon. The kids (age 7-11) got to see loads of dolphins and boomnetting is an option in the warmer weather. Was one of the cheaper attractions at $17 per adult and $10 per child or $50 for a family of 4 and included afternoon tea. The skipper seemed to have a good knowledge... More

Some of the family came home to PMQ & whilst here I booked a 2 hour Eco Cruise on The River Princess at Port Venture Cruises. Just being on the river is a great but the afternoon tea & cake was a real bonus. The staff are friendly, courteous & helpful. Our ten year old grandson safely explored the vessel... More

2 hour cruise was pretty boring after 45 minutes. Had vouchers from a deal otherwise would not have gone. Would appeal to some more than others

This afternoon cruise was excellent value for money. The weather wasn't kind the afternoon we went out but I took my elderly mother and Aunt's and they commented on what a fantastic time they had. Definitely a must do if you are in Port Macquarie and the people running the cruise were very helpful and informative.

We enjoyed the cruise. On a hot day it's a great thing to do to beat the heat. You do get a lovely cup of tea or coffee, plus cake/ biscuits on arrival. Alcohol is also avail. We were a little disappointed in the lack of information, what we were expecting was a commentary about Port Macquarie in general as... More

The river cruise is very enjoyable and interesting, with mind blowing views and a good insight of the area. The staff was as friendly as the the cruise was enjoyable. The captain wad also very informative and accommodating, providing detailed info on the area and answering questions in great detail.

For a cost of $17 per person and take your own nibbles the crew take you on a short cruise, Kids and adults can ride in the net at the rear of the boat once they have cleared the mooring area, they can state that 85% of the time you will see dolphins playing and yes we did see them... More

Expecting more of the Eco stuff but this company did not do the eco- cruise I was expecting. Nice trip though, quite a large vessel, free tea, coffee and one variety of cake, could buy wine and beer on board. Some historical information by guide but limited.

We enjoyed a very relaxing 2 hour river cruise on the Hastings River, from 2 - 4pm. It was a lovely sunny day and the best conditions on the river. There was a commentary from the Skipper on various points of interest along the way. It is a great way to see parts of Port Macquarie which you would definitely... More

My husband and I hired Port Venture Cruises for our wedding back in October. The female bridal party arrived to the riverside ceremony via the River Princess and afterwards our guests enjoyed a brilliant river cruise whilst awaiting the reception. The majority of our guests stated that the cruise was a massive highlight of the day and made our wedding... More
