Having a week in Port Macquarie and we couldn't miss spending a few hours at the Billabong Wildlife Park. I really appreciate the smaller 'zoo', you have a better chance to interact with the animals and ask the keepers questions. I dare say it would get busier on the weekend, as opposed to the Tuesday we visited. Time your visits... More

We came here whilst on holidays visiting family & we are glad we took the time to do so. The park doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a different story once you enter. We were able to listen to all the keeper talks with various animals (something that can be a bit harder to do at other... More

We came here for a family members birthday party and the kids loved it. All the kids loved feeding and patting the wallabies so much thst we spent around an hour in just that section. My 2 year old was very keen on the reptile show so much so she patted a snake and wanted to take a lizard home.

A great place to have a bday party and also to have a family outing. While the kids are feeding or looking at the animals. Sit down and relax while sipping on a great cappuccino. Great place for all ages and friendly staff. Thank you for a great time. :)

I visited this Zoo with my young nephew and he was treated to a fantastic day at the park. He was able to touch and greet so many animals: koala, kangaroos, wallabies, crocs, dingo...it was really educational and he had loads of fun. There is lots to do and plenty of places to eat packed lunches. Highly recommended

Had a great time with 2 of our grandchildren. Being locals we have a yearly pass which costs a little more then a single visit. Have also taken the same two previously with four other grandchildren. Had a ball. All enjoyed the Shrek show. Highlight was also hands on of some of the animals e.g. koalas, dingo, snake and kangaroos... More

I went to the park with a friend and her children aged 2 & 4. They had a ball and enjoyed the time there very much. It would probably not be as fun for older children or teenagers. But it was very enjoyable. It only took a little while to cover the whole park as well, bt you could take... More

This was a lovely day out for a small bus load of locals. Staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly. Lots to enjoy and no great distances to cover. All animals and birds etc appear to be in great condition. Clean pathways. Café inexpensive and good variety of food and drinks. A top place to visit even if you are... More

The zoo is small but has plenty of exhibits. We had chance to get up close with a dingo, snake and owl. The cafe was reasonable with good service and the whole experience was very enjoyable
