I attended a wedding here at the weekend and it was a beautiful location and I was generally satisfied with the experience. The speed of the service (in regards to drinks straight after the service) could have been better and more organised. And as a vegetarian staff informing me that I can eat pork belly didn't go down too well... More

A lovely atmosphere, food and the taste of bubbly a delight with oysters and a range of entrees to try- a must if you don't have much of an appetite-this will ensure you have room for their yummy desserts!

Had a late lunch on the verandah overlooking the vines and enjoying the lovely ambience. Good service. We only had a main course and coffee but both dishes were delicious with great combination of flavours. And the other food we saw come past our table definitely looked enticing. We tried some sparkling wines after lunch and were pleasantly surprised -... More

We had lunch with my parents for Dad's birthday, it was excellent. We didn't have a booking and they were very busy but they organised some tables and we could lunch the afternoon away! We shared salads and pasta and fish. Was all very good. The blush bubbles are exceptionally good!

First recommendation is to book as this place gets really busy at the weekend!! We had the bubbly breakfast which was a huge cooked breakfast with blush bubbles and hunter valley chocolates!!! Excellent value. All the food on the menu was excellent and relatively cheap!!

An amazing breakfast and selection of Sparkling Wines (they also do stills). We visited from Perth a few years back and where so amazed by the service, quality of food, and beautiful view to the vineyards we decided to make this our Wedding reception. I have a very high expectation of my suppliers and they didn't fail....Our guest went the... More

They're definitely trying to cater to people who like pink, but if you can get past that, what is better than champagne (I know you're not supposed to use that) and chocolate?!

Peterson's wine is high end, complex and memorable. We enjoyed a tasting that started with bubbles and ended with dessert. The walk through their beautiful selection will not soon be forgotten. The host was entertaining, knowledgable and really showcased each wine. Just a wonderful overall experience.

Our tour of the Hunter did not include a stop at Peterson's however a few of our group (we were 17) called them direct and they were most accommodating! We were welcomed in and given a great tasting; extremely friendly staff, gorgeous wine and champagne and oysters! Would highly recommend.
