Must admit to being quite partial to Petersons. We always make sure we pay a visit on our pilgrimages to the Hunter. We find it is a great way to start the day (great breakfast ), or to end the day with a chat and some bubbles. The staff are always happy to help, full of information, and always willing... More

Really knowledgeable staff and a good array of sparkling wines to sample. Signed up for the wine club, so must have been good!

Had a lovely pasta dish with chorizo, pesto & pinenuts with a couple of glasses of semillon. Delicious! Then an easy 50 min drive back to Newcastle Williamstown Airport for our flight back to the Gold Coast.

This place was top of our list of recommendations in the Hunter and the cellar door did not disappoint. The staff are fantastic, knowledgable and friendly, with some great tricks up their sleeve to help with errant toddlers. The wine is also lovely. The restaurant, which I was really looking forward to, was a bit of a miss on our... More

I just love coming to this place when in the Hunter Valley. The large choice of bubbly wines and the excellent views just adds to the experience. This is the winery that I will always go to.

We loved our bubbly breakfast after our hot air ballooning in March. Gorgeous setting, delicious food, what more could you ask for!

We recently attended a wedding reception at Peterson House, lovely venue for a wedding ceremony and great location for the photos to follow. Amazing food at the reception from the canapés with our blush champagne(Peterson's own) to the overall meal at the wedding reception, food was faultless

The bubbly breakfast was great. The other samples of bubbly and a delicious muesli sample were unexpected touches to a wonderful breakfast. We ate on a Saturday morning and as other reviewers have advised, book.
