Wonderful lunch in beautiful surrounds, service was excellent and great choice of wines. Dessert was fantastic. Rainy day but so cosy in restaurant.

Wonderful place to celebrate life. Whilst we were there we saw hens parties, bus groups, Friends and happy couples. Petersons caters for them all. The one common theme was everyone was smiling and happy. We stopped for coffee and a break. Beautiful flat white coffee and hot chocolate

Great set up and the chocolate house is right next door. The staff are very engaged and clearly loved what they doing. This is a must stop if you like bubbles.

We arrived at Peterson for breakfast following a hot air balloon ride. The food was pre-ordered for us so it came out as we arrived, and was hot and steaming. The portions were quite large. The food was good, if a bit standard (2 eggs on buttered toast, sauté mushies, tomato and asparagus). The stand out was the hash brown!... More

I booked Peterson for a combined 40th Birthday Brunch on the Sunday of the long weekend in June. The staff were fantastic and catered for 25 people. We were given a great spot on the verandah overlooking the dam. We we warm and comfortable and had lots of room to mingle with our guests. The food and coffee was delicious... More

This is one of my most favorite places in the Hunter Valley. They have a fabulous breakfast menu overlooking the vineyard ..of course breakfast is washed down withnsome of the local bubbles. The tasting room is equally as impressive, the staff are extremely informative and helpful in finding what you might like. My favorite has to be the Blush ...can... More

We had breakfast here this morning on our last day in the Hunter. Just beautiful. Great service in the restaurant and cellar door and fantastic chocolate shop for gifts. I had the corn fritters with salmon and it was spectacular. The sample of the porridge with breakfast dukkah was just as good. Romantic and amazing grounds. Don't miss this one

Beautiful food, great service. Staff was excellent to work with in regards to organising a work function which included a menu and large groups.
