Great zoo, very different to Taronga Sydney, its like being on a safari. Definately worth renting a golf cart or bik- its just not the same as driving around.

The best zoo I have ever been to....utterly amazing. 4 adults spent a whole day enjoying the exhibits. Driving our own vehicle around, parking then walking around the local enclosures made it so easy. The animals all looked healthy and well kept and the grounds were spotless. A couple of the kids had never been to Dubbo Zoo and loved it more than Taronga. The couple of days we had were fun packed filled days and enjoyed by all.

Very relaxing! We found the zoo very clean the staff friendly and lots of places to sit and enjoy a picnic or an ice cream and a cold drink, we were impressed with how well the animals looked, the exhibits were good

This zoo or sanctuary is awesome and well worth coming too if people have been putting if off. Everything about it and the staff are A1 !

Fresh air, a healthy family bike ride and great educational talks. Would love to see more zoos like this and more animals able to come and live and breed here!
