Love our Zoo, don't get out there as often as I would like. Very interesting, very relaxing. Great to drive around, walk around, cycle around, hire electric car to ferry one around.

I like the concept of the zoo, but seeing anything is a dicey proposition. Perfectly understandably, most of the animals hang out as far from the viewing spots as they can manage.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that you missed seeing some of our animals as they were not clearly visible on their exhibits at the time of your visit. We recommend our visitors attend our free daily keeper talks to see the animals being fed, and to hear interesting information about them... More

Totally worth the walk around, best experience except the amount of people who pretty much try to run you off the road if you walk.

Loved the fact that the zoo was soo big. Driving the hire buggy around the zoo was a plus and a must! Just to get away from the scorching heat. But the fact that the zoo was soo big and all the animals has soo much room really pleased me. Staff was very helpful and nice. We had high tea... More

Zoos can leave me feeling sorry for the animals and the conditions they're housed in. Not this one. Lovely wide open areas for the animals to roam in, with fences dug lower than the viewing areas so it looks like there's nothing between you and the animals. The animal encounters were informative and interesting, and there's nothing like feeding time... More

The zoo is a great place to see all the animals without cages. You can drive, walk, ride or even hire electric carts or bikes to get around. There is plenty of bbq areas dotted through the park. The great part is with your entry ticket it gives you a two day pass.

This was the most amazing experience. To be able to drive your own car through and stop wherever you like was great. My dream was to feed a giraffe and it was only $7 extra, what an amazing experience, to be surrounded by these beautiful animals, i will never forget it. Plenty of places for a bbq or picnic so...
