I have driven this road so many times, I don't even enjoy driving as a rule but this is a particularly beautiful stretch of road and the last time I drove it (last week) it was particularly stunning. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars as the stretch from Thora to Dorrigo has many bends and although the... More

I regularly travel from Coffs Harbour to Armidale on business. The drive includes the beautiful Bellinger Valley, the steep but spectacular Dorrigo Mountain, rolling grassy hills through Dorrigo to Ebor, the Snowies and then the vast grass and wooded farmlands coming into Armidale. Don't rush just enjoy the scenery as you may encounter heavy vehicles or caravans. There are plenty... More

Beautiful and scenic. The waterfalls were spectacular, definitely worth a day's trip either from the Armidale end or in from Coffs Harbour.

A beautiful area to spend a day or two, and feel relaxed in nature. Reviews are meant to be at least 100 characters!

Not much water, a little disappointing in this regard. But the views were really beautiful and peaceful

Lovely drive, lots of waterfalls to interrupt the journey. No petrol or cafes though between Grafton and Ebor Falls

Unfortunately we experienced this road on a wet day. As a result we saw two separate cars that had lost control on the slippery and winding downhill road. Would have been scenic on a fine day, as we have seen it before. Not really suitable when towing a caravan.

Great drive through the forest from Armidale to Dorrigo. Ebor falls walk manageable with children and elderly. Great information centre at Dorrigo with a wide range of souvenirs (I picked up a beautiful smoky quartz necklace). The skywalk at Dorrigo was very short but very beautiful. The kids enjoyed taking a selfie using the camera post provided with the rainforest... More
