The ferry service seems to be very efficient. The boat itself is comfortable and there is a small cafe on board. We were lucky that we had good crossings both ways and so the hour went quite quickly. More

The Foveaux Strait is a bit shallow, and any vessel would have a bumpy ride in lively weather. Hence, I always eat after sailing across the Foveaux Strait. More
