I went up the Skyline twice, once at night time and once during the day. They are both very different experiences. The lights at the nighttime make Queenstown look magical. The views during the day are amazing. You can see the whole of Queenstown, the Lake and the Mountains. Beautiful. Worth doing the Luge while you're here too. SO much... More

This was a great day trip. We ended up doing the luge and it was one of the funniest and cheapest things we did in New Zealand. Flying down the hill surrounded by 360 degrees of breath taking views was awesome! It was cheap too!! Highly recommend trying it! More

Amazing view.. even got my 65+ year old parents to try the Luge. Only negative was that we have a 12 month old that was sleeping, in his stroller they made us wake up the baby and take him out the stroller when going up the gondola. More

The view from the top is spectacular and is definitely worth doing, the luge is great for those who want some fun but nothing too scary. The short walking tracks at the top are also very enjoyable. There is also free WiFi at the top. More

We enjoyed a dinner in the resturant at the top; watched the Luge in action. However as time was against us we didnt get to run it. Definitely gonna come back here and give it a run!! The resturantview is awe inspiring and the food is too. In two words.....DO IT. More

The view from the Gondola was incredible and my husband and kids had so much fun on the Luge! We had morning tea at the cafe which was great and the gift was really great value for money. More

The views from the top are spectacular. The bar cannot be beat. We took in the Haka show, a Maori ritual dance. It was sooo touristy it was embarassing. Dinner is served there too. A buffet from steam tables. We opted out and suspect it is mediocre. More
