A wonderful experience! 4-wheel driving through magnificent scenery with Peter, our driver at the wheel made for a thoroughly enjoyable 4 hours where we panned (successfully) for gold & enjoyed a thrilling jet boat ride through the Skippers Canyon. More

This has got to be one of the best value attractions in Queenstown. The jet boating was great fun and the main reason for going but the trip down Skippers Canyon was something else. While Peter put the snow chains on we all had a snow ball fight and then down the road, rated as one of the scariest roads in... More

Thank you for a fun afternoon. The Skipper's Canyon Jetboating was one of our most memorable experiences in QT. The experience included history of the area w/ some fun stories thrown in. Million dollar views. Play in the snow. Thrilling jet boat ride (some corners you came close enough to kiss the canyon wall) fun visit to a quaint family... More

All in all great fun and the drive is as spectacular and edgy as is the boat ride. The canyon is a wonderful setting for the boat ride and there are quite a few hairy bends and narrow gorges thrown in as a bonus. Pete, our guide was informative and personable and knew the history of the region and the... More

Great trip up on the minibus along the narrow mountain road followed by a fantastic jet boat ride through the canyons. Staff were excellent; knowledgable without being condescending and overall impossible to fault. Very highly recommended. More

So glad we choose to do the Skippers Canyon Jet tour - it was incredible! The bus tour up Coronet Peak Road and into Skippers Canyon was incredible. Our tour guide Craig was funny, informative and very entertaining. The tour into the gully where the jet boat leaves from was almost as thrilling as the jetboat itself! With most other... More

This gives you a bus ride through the valley with lots of history along the way about the gold mining days. Very funny and informative host. Canyon was beautiful and thrilling on the jet boat. There are a couple of 360 turns but not as many probably as on the Shotover (for us, this was a plus). I get motion... More
