Booked in for the 6 Line tour. It was an amazing experience!! Going up the gondola (or hiking), enjoying the view over town, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains was the best start to an activity I've ever had! The staff at Ziptrek is very friendly and helpful, the guides which take you down know how to provide excellent customer... More

Our guides, Tom and Steve, were fantastic. They provided training, support, entertainment and education throughout the course. The 6 line Kea course is worth the extra cost to experience the world's steepest zip line.

The Ziptrek staff were positive but professional staff. It was an excellent experience and even though it was really cold - they kept the atmosphere fun and adventurous.

This experience was fantastic! Our two guides, Welshie and Khrys, were very friendly and helpful. Always making sure of our safety by checking in on our harnesses. They made the whole ziptrek tour so much fun. We learned alot as we go through the ziptrek ecotours.. they shared about the history of the place, the trees, etc. They even gave... More

Great fun, nice friendly guides who explained the 'eco' side of the company on the way round. The ziplines were not that extreme but the views were incredible. Note you have to pay to get yourself to the start of the tour on the Gondola (or you can walk up the hill which takes about an hour) - this was... More

Thx so much for Trudie and Arjun for giving us such a great time on 20 Aug. Thx Arjun for telling us the giant story which is so romantic, and Trudie said " safety is our top priority". Fun day with friends overcoming my fear of heights (which eased my way into tackling bungee jumping!)! Steve and Stash made the activity super fun and enjoyable, they clearly love what they do (nothing worse than an activity guide who you can tell doesn't want to be there!). Thanks guys you are the best! :)

Being scared of heights this was approached with some trepidation by myself but it proved to be great fun, much more exhilarating than scary. Aside from the grump at check in at the "Tree House" the guides (Welshie and Trudi) were fantastic and the whole experience despite the snow and sleet was really enjoyable.

Family did the Ziptrek Kea 6 line tour. Super fun. Guides/staff were very friendly and took great care of us. Some people commented on the eco-lectures. Honestly, didn't bother me at all. There is a bit of a walk down-hill to get to the 6th zipline...wasn't expecting this...and it was a bit tough on my knees...but ok. Overall, very fun,... More
