Pete was very knowledgeable and a great laugh while on the trip. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to try camping out in the wilderness because all the things you get shown could help you better than having Bear Grylls with you! Thanks Pete

A great day out altogether, our guide was Peter and he was fantastic. I cannot wait to read his autobiography.

I picked heli snow shoeing for my 50th birthday treat last week. Got dropped on the ridge of Cecil Peak and snow shoed upwards! Our guide was Jerry, very friendly and chatty, pointed out the mountains on view. It was fantastic being up there on a blue sky day!

Worth doing if you want to visit the snow but are not interested in skiing. Our tour guide Peter who was very knowledgeable and experienced took us up The Remarkables, past the skiers and snowboarders (we felt like the new kids on the playground) up to 1800m above sea level. Once at the top we stopped to take a break,... More

My partner and I went for a half day snowshoe up to the Remarkables and had a great time. At 5 months pregnant, the hike was a good "snow" activity for me to enjoy and was well worth it. The guide was charismatic and knowledgable and took care to ensure the whole group was enjoying the tour. The company did... More

I booked this trip a month back and the guys at the company were instrumental in helping me find a partner who would be doing the same thing as I was, so that I could confirm the outing (minimum 2 to go). On 4/8, I found myself on the Remarkables snowshoeing up past the skiers and into a quiet snowy... More

Went on for my first snow shoeing walk with my wife and 9 year old daughter. Haven't held a ski pole in our life so far and We are not the trekking kind, but this can be done for all ages. We did not expect to climb the slopes but somehow with the help of the guide Bjorn, learn it... More

I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Queenstown. We don't ski, but love walking, so this gave us a great opportunity to head into the mountains for some amazing views and a great experience. We had to reschedule our snowshoeing due to a flight being delayed. I have to praise Pete for being so accommodating, as this was... More

I love tramping and love the snow so thought I'd give combining them a go! This was the most fun ever! My husband and I went on a full day trip up to the Remarkables with Pete, who kindly picked us up and guided us even though I had been silly enough to muddle up our booking date and was... More
