This is one seriously cool place to taste wine, with dozens ready to taste and the ability to purchase a bottle right there in the store. Big leather arm chairs and great interior design make it hard to leave on a cold night.

My wife and I found this place by accident while exploring Queenstown on our honeymoon last week. It's brilliant. I don't drink wine, but we managed to find 2 that think I could probably handle drinking a full glass of. And they had spirits.

We went after dinner and leisurely tried many types of wine. It was a nice option since we didn't go to wineries in the area but wanted to have a peek at the South Island specialties. Place is novel so worth a visit but portions are a rip off......its cheaper to sample the wine in a pub. If you do visit buy a discounted voucher from book me. Nz

Probably wouldn't have tried this normally but got a voucher on bookme.co.nz which gave about 40% off. The shop is very cosy and welcoming and it's fun to try the different wines.
