We went to Milford Sound with ECO Tours. It was really great, the scenery was magnificent and our bus driver was an excellent guide, humorous and informative. He explained all about the history of fiords and sounds and the waterfalls and the Homer Tunnel and everything else. The tour cost 99 NZD and it was definitely worth the money. There... More

We had a brilliant trip with this company. Our tour guide and bus driver Shelley was brilliant, really friendly and full of knowledge of the area but also gave us some quiet time too. The scenery is stunning and while the bus journey is really long it didn't feel like it because there's so much to see. The bus was... More

It took a long time to get there from Queenstown. Boat ride was okay. The lunch on the boat wasn't good at all. You really didn't know what were getting and you felt like you were being herded.

We had an amazing time in Milford Sound. Our tour guide Russell, was very knowledgeable and very passionate about his commentary. Enjoyed it very much and he made us feel safe. Booked for front row seats as my partner had motion sickness and the seats were reserved for us. I highly recommend this tour company.

It was really a great day and visiting either Milford or Doubtful Sound should definitely be on your itinerary when travelling to New Zealand. While our driver brought us safely to the sound and back, we could relax in the bus, take some amazing photos of the landscape and lateron enjoy coffee and a pita on the boat. I especially... More

Simon was our driver and he gave a great commentary on the way there and back. Simon was a former conservationist and knows tons about the flora and fauna. Ask him to tell the story of how he caught Kiwis. The boat part is run by Jucy and was also good.

We were picked up by a gentleman called Phil (OZ) from the station as there had been an issue with the original bus we were supposed to go on. The professionalism and way in which the situation was handled was superb! A lady called Shelly was supposed to be our driver, she was lovely, friendly and apologetic. We instead got... More

We were recommended this company from parents' visit the other year. We were picked up by coach from te anau. And driven to milford. Great commentary. And preschoolers were embraced on the tour. Lots of cool stops. Snowing. Beautiful! Short wait and aboard the boat. Great relaxed cruise. Tea/coffee and lunch provided. All done. Out to watch the dolphins riding... More
