I went to have a walk around Queenstown Gardens but I think winter is not a very good time to do it. There's not may flowers in bloom, and it was really cold! Maybe I will try again in summer time.

Lovely park like grounds for an easy walk right on the doorstep of Queenstown. Hidden gems are the monuments are things like a touching monument to Scott of the Antarctic and a tree planted to commemorate the coronation of George VI in 1937.

Looking for a tranquil place to walk and enjoy the scenery. Queenstown gardens is the place. Very calming. Bring your camera, sunscreen, sun hat, footwear and clothing to suit the weather. Take your time . Stunning scenery.

the gardens are beautiful to walk around and take in the views. Many walking tracks to choose from. My partner and I walked around the gardens a few time them also played frisky golf which is a lot of fun once you perfect the skill. You can hire a frisky at the ice skating rink near by for $5 however... More

The gardens are situated right on the Lake & are great for walking around. The lake was partially frozen which was nice. There is a frisby golf circuit which is quirky.

Serene, and beautiful - great to play frizz bee golf, or to enjoy a walk around the lake line. Great spot for the sunset too!

Take the time to do the walk through the gardens and back via the lakefront walkway. Best 'waste' of an hour ever

A great place to take a relaxing walk and enjoy the lake views. It has some small gardens and is within walking distance from downtown Queenstown.

Not much to see in the winter. There is a nice walking trail with spectacular lake and mountain views.
