My wife and I toured the Central Otago area with Kirsty while we were on our honeymoon in Queenstown and had a fantastic time! Our guide was open to suggestions and tailored the day to our interests. Tasting local cuisine along with the wine was lovely. The short stop in a small town (Cromwell, I think) was lovely. We recently visited Queenstown and went on a half-day wine tour through Central Otago with Appellation Central. We visited four excellent wineries, Peregrine, Carrick, Rockburn, and Chard Farm. Despite having to be up and ready to leave the hotel by 9:30am for the complimentary hotel pick up, it did not take long to wake up.
