Great way to get your bearings in the city. The fact you can get on and off the tram means exploring is made easy! We had lots of fun chatting to the conductors while we went around as well - the drivers all had their own funny stories to tell more

I'd recommend the tam ride as the first thing you do in christchurch - it's the best way of getting your bearings and you get a commentary from the helpful tram drivers too. The tram works it's way around the centre of Christchurch and is a comfortable way of getting around, especially if you want to do the more pedestrian... more

Only an OK trip. Quite often couldn't hear the tram driver speaking and to be honest there's not that much to oggle at in Christchurch. I live in Christchurch and if I had visitors I wouldn't be recommending it - but would be worth doing if combining the ticket with the gondola trip (which is a few kilometres outside the... more
