We arrived at the Cloudy Bay Cellar Door and there were no other cars in the car park so my husband went in to check that it was the right place. It just turned out that we'd arrived at a quiet time in May. So we had the place to ourselves and our kids got to run around unchecked in... More

You have to pay $5 if you want to taste more than a couple of wines - but the experience is worth it. More

This winery had to be included based on its reputation, but that was where it ended. Wine tasting done by young people, and we felt very let down by the young man who served us, who seemed to had little knowledge of his winery or wines. As enthusiastic amateurs who had included quite a lot of wine areas in our... More

Cloudy Bay offers two preselected wines to taste. If you prefer to taste more, there is a fee. We checked out a few wineries in the area. More

Cloudy Bay is a big winery and we were hesitant about visiting, but we found it well worth the time. The staff was welcoming and we had the chance to try some of the less familiar Cloudy Bay wines. And the winery is beautiful, More

We booked the Sommelier lunch at Cloudy Bay as a birthday treat and it was such a great way to spend the afternoon. They couldn't have looked after us any better. The food was simply amazing and the wines, well just spectacular. They complimented the food and Stephanie was such a great host. Would recommend it to anyone looking for... More
