Great time wasting space

Activities for everyone. Take my grand daughter there often. Great playground and we love the obstacle course that meanders round the boundary. Peaceful and tranquil.

I like the rose garden most, which is unfortunately in hibernation at this time of the year! But there are plenty to look at - big trees and birds singing, you even feed the ducks! If your lucky, there could be a game of golf to watch in the nearby golf course.

Pollard Park is host to a golf course, tennis courts, croquet greens, sweeping landscaped gardens, a meandering stream and various other water features. The Waterlea Gardens area is part of the park and is full of lovely planted areas, a rose garden and a scented garden. This is a great place to visit even if all you are looking for... More

A lovely time to visit as the weather was clear and autumn leaves were still on the trees. Easy parking or walk the river path and cut across. Find the park on the town map.

You can wander for ages and just relax and take in all the beauty. I often drive there and sit in my car with my lunch. It's really nice. I have also taken wedding photo's here and there are so many places to get a great pic. Stunning.

The variety and beauty of this well manicured park was surprising to us. We were visited by a number of curious birds and really enjoyed the rose garden.

Definitely worth a visit if you're in Blenheim. We were only stopping through for lunch on our way up north and read about Pollard Park, its true, its wonderful. Beautiful gardens, a creek that flows through, fantastic playgrounds for the kids (or grown ups!) There are BBQs and restrooms(extremely clean ones), would definitely recommend packing a picnic and enjoying this... More

Plenty of space for kids of all ages to exercise and burn off some boredom energy. Good facilities, toilets, water fountains, council BBQ for public use. Safe, ducks to feed, ambling creak, stroll round some paths or gardens. Less than 1 km off State Highway 1. Sheaper than stopping at a coffee shop with a family...
