We went at the end of the season and we happy to find a place that was kid friendly. For a small coin donation we were able to hire a toboggan and give our two year old a snow experience. Be warned. If you are scared of heights the drive up and back could be a little daunting More

I visited Mt Hutt with my family. It is definitely a better resort for advanced and intermediate skiiers - there is really only one green run, and limited blue runs. The problem was, though, the limited terrain that we could access. In 6 days there, the mountain was only open for 2.5 days due to wind, and on those days... More

One of the best thing we have ever did in NZ. We joined the beginners lessons coached by Wanda and she's amazing. She made skiing so simple and we enjoyed the ultimate process. We love the crowd at Mt Hutt, and its beautiful ! More
