I loved my trip on the cable car. they run every 10 minutes and cost $5 return. The views from the top are stunning. I went twice! ther museum is also very good and has very reasonably priced sourvenirs. You can walk back down through the botanic gardens. Highly recommended more

Excelled activity to do in Wellington, one of the best. Diffently visit the museum at the top! Riding the cable car at night give a wonderful view over the city. more

For only a few dollars take the cable car up to the botanic gardens. Get a one way ticket only then enjoy the leisurely down hill back back to the city through the beautiful gardens. more

The cable car is a great way to see over all of Wellington. We went on a rainy day but it was still worthwhile. It also takes you to the gardens, which seemed nice but it was just too wet to look around further. more
