This delightful little old wooden church has the most authentic smell of antiquity, and the architectural details are a visual feast!! A lovely old gentleman gave us a guided tour, and to add value there was a very well stocked gift shop.

Just a quick impromptu stop an enjoy the aspects of the building & the history about it. Next time in Wellington I'll dedicate more time to view in full.

Our family and friends have been coming here for years for happy times (weddings) and sad times (funerals). Old St Paul's is always in top shape and you can feel very comfortable here.

For people into history of Wellington this is a must see. This church was built when Wellington was in its infancy and to think 100 years later people wanted to demolish it.

It's a very awesome beautiful wooden old cathedral located in the center of the city so that it's very easy to reach. The surrounding areas were also nice to have a walk around. It's unfortunate for us that we needed to hurry to leave this beautiful site in order to have our scheduled dinner :-)
