Gotta be done!

Ideal views of the city and a good way to get your bearings, although it gets pretty windy up there!

Great views. Winding road access but worth the drive. Plenty of parking available. Even a bus stop at the top

Birds eye view of Wellington and not far at all from CBD A lovely drive up the hill for a 360 degree view around the best little city in the world. I love Wellington, many wonderful places and friendly people

Always take visitors from out of town to see the view of the city from the top of Mt Vic. However, I much prefer the view from the lookout on Onslow Rd in Khandallah. That view is spectacular on a sunny day.

It's a great look out with several angles of view. You can make beautiful pictures of you and or NZ's typical landscape. On a bad weather day, though, the wind can be extremely strong.

Wellington is known for the wind & sure enough it was windy, but the view was worth it when you look over Wellington..

Well worth the climb to the top - highly recommend it. Need to have a medium level of fitness to walk but you can take a bus if you prefer.

It's a brilliant view at the top, worth the hard work walking up. If you're walking, make sure you look up the map for how to best approach it as there isn't a clear entry point. It took us a while and had to go back on ourself a couple of times.

Wellington is beautiful on a magic day. A great place to visit with fantastic views of its surroundings. The views are great even if you visits it during the day or night. Highly recommend

Nice place to go for a beautiful view of the beautiful city of Wellington. It's a nice place to take picture of Wellington city..... It's more beautiful at night. My first time in Wellington and was amazed at the beautiful city when viewed at night at Mount Victoria
