We had an awesome cruisey day on the Lake with Dan. He was a really fun guide and showed us the wonderful views of the lake. Followed by a long soak in the natural geothermal hot springs! Weather was sweet and the lake was beautiful! Thanks for the awesome experience!

Great kayak paddle, kayaks are doubles and are very easy to paddle, steer and are very sturdy. Glow worm cave was small and you dont go through the cave. Hot springs were amazing so relaxing. Guides Josh and Matt were helpful and fun always staying with the group and sharing knowledge of the area. Water was quite calm. Meeting point... More

Thanks very much for your review. We pride ourselves with having knowledgeable and fun guides sounds like you had a good trip. Apologies that there was a misunderstanding regarding the transport. We are rectifying this situation and looking into offering reasonable priced transfers to and from Rotorua for next season, catering for clients without their own transport. Thanks Sam More

Visited Waimarino park with family (husband and two kids 9yo and 15 yo) and friends (group age 25-40 yo). We all thoroughly enjoyed the park. The activities that the park offers made us adults feel like kids again :-) Staff were all very accommodating. Will definitely visit again...thank you

The company is based in Tauranga, but has operations in Rotorua doing kayaking and white water rafting also. We chose to do the evening Kayak tour, which had us kayaking across Lake Rotoiti to a glow worm cave and a thermal hot pool. We met Dan our guide at the nearby cafe for a quick coffee and then followed him... More

We stopped by this attraction while leaving Mt. Mauganui and heading to Rotorua. Lucky it was 10am cos we got a carpark right outside but I couldn't help but wonder what parking would've been like later on given that we turned off a gravel road and where we parked can only fit maybe 20 cars so I wouldn't enjoy parking... Thank you for leaving Waimarino a review/comment on Tripadvisor. Over the summer season we do get extremely busy days with 450+ customers in the Adventure Park, everyone enjoying the summer heat and awesome activities. And in turn, will have an effect on the customer car park. If drivers park smart then there is ample space, but will spill out onto... More

We highly recommend this experience, small place but you won't miss any fun for a whole day stay. Staffs are all friendly. Nice river view, especially relaxing in your kayak whine watching people doing BLOB!

Had a great time on the kayak tour. Witnessed great scenery on the way to the glow worm cave. Had a great time on the island with a sliding board into the lake at the end of a pier and also soaking in some of the hot mineral pools above the beach.

A relaxing and beautiful tour: wine and nibbles, a little instruction on how to paddle a kayak, and a lovely twilight river (lake?) to enjoy before we reached the glow-worms. The little glow-worms were amazing to see. Service was casual and friendly.
